Apprenticeships & The Errigal Training Academy:
We are proud to offer a range of employment opportunities for young people. Errigal developed its bespoke Training Academy in 2016 in response to the growing demand for a trained and skilled workforce in the construction industry, with a goal to train over 300 young people in the next three years. The industry needs new people and we have created the environment for them to build enjoyable successful careers. We are a City & Guilds approved learning Centre; providing a range of different employment opportunities for young people including an Apprenticeship Scheme that sees each student offered a full-time permanent position after the successful completion of a two-year apprenticeship. This includes the Errigal Apprenticeship in Drylining and Interior Systems.
We have an overall goal to become the Centre of excellence in Drywall and Interior Systems in the UK and Ireland, and thanks to an excellent uptake in our apprenticeship programme, are well on our way to achieving this. Our apprenticeship is run over a two year period, during which time the apprentice will earn £30,000 while gaining a Level 2 Diploma in Drylining and a Level 2 NVQ IN Interior Systems along with certification in Safe Pass, CSCS, Manual Handling, Abrasive wheels, IPAF, PASMA & First Aid. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, each student will be offered a full-time permanent job with Errigal.

The Errigal Degree Programme is designed for young people with a thirst for a rewarding career in the construction industry. We currently have 19 undergraduates working across Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Design Technology, Procurement and Finance and all at various stages from years 1-5. Why not pursue a career with us and complete your degree on a part time basis while working on exciting projects such as London’s tallest building at 22 Bishopsgate and Battersea Power Station. Once you finish your degree, we will offer you a full-time role in the company where you will be supported and encouraged to be your best every day and achieve your ambitions while helping build a successful and progressive industry.
